With the recent GA of the Windows App on the Meta Quest, I want to take the opportunity to show you how it works and what it can do on your Meta Quest 3 / 3s.
Connect to your PC using Mixed Reality Link
If you want to connect to your PC, you can get the Mixed Reality Link App from the Microsoft Store:
Just start it and select “Begin Pairing”:
In your Windows App on the Meta Quest select the PC near me option and look at the QR Code on your screen and confirm the code:
Once connected, we have an RDP Connection to our PC established, we can add up to three displays, to have a real big multi monitor setup available:
If we want, we can even see our physical keyboard:
Connecting through Windows 365
If we don’t have a PC with us, we can obviously also directly connect to our Windows 365 Cloud PC. We just need to sign in to the Windows App:
Enter our credentials:
And just like that, we can connect to all our resources:
If we have paired a set of Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard, we can also use them here:

Conclusion
Having the Windows App natively on the Meta Quest just shows once more how versatile the whole ecosystem is and how it can be expanded to nearly every platform.
